About Us

Longbridge is a new-generation, AI-driven online brokerage on a mission to make investing smarter, simpler, and more accessible for everyone. Headquartered in Singapore, we are redefining the investment journey by connecting the stages of "Discovery → Learning → Trading." With our proprietary AI assistant, Longbridge AI, and a cloud-native infrastructure, we provide retail investors with institutional-grade insights and a seamless global trading network. At Longbridge, you won’t just be working for a brokerage; you’ll be building the future of financial infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop deep insight into the Singapore market; plan and execute user-growth-oriented marketing initiatives.
  • Orchestrate internal and external resources, manage key milestones and delivery quality, with a strong results-driven mindset.
  • Identify, engage and negotiate with financial communities, KOLs, ecosystem and channel partners; structure commercially viable partnership models aimed at acquiring high-quality clients and building long-term, repeatable growth pipelines.
  • Produce and quality-control investor-facing content on equities&options (market trends, product features, investor education), ensuring it is professional, credible and locally relevant.
  • Analyze campaign performance across reach, acquisition and conversion; complete attribution and distill learnings to drive strategy iteration and execution optimization.
  • Continuously track industry developments and local trends to keep the platform's marketing strategy innovative and sharp.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth or partnership development, with hands-on BD negotiation experience; strong understanding of the Singapore market and local investor segments.
  • Knowledge of US, HK and SG equity markets, an active investor personally or with relevant industry experience; able to conduct in-depth negotiations with partners, with strong commercial acumen and the ability to evaluate partnerships from strategic, financial and operational perspectives.
  • Solid marketing fundamentals: market strategy, campaign planning, content judgment, project management and performance analysis.
  • Highly self-driven, able to operate independently in a fast-paced, cross-border environment; results-oriented.
  • Fluent in English; basic Mandarin communication skills (for regional collaboration).
  • Preferred: a proven track record of independently sourcing and landing external partnerships (KOL, channel or ecosystem); management experience; industry background in online brokerage, fintech, wealth management or financial media.
